Key Features

  • Only 3-Go and 5-Go are compatible with either gas stove or induction heating. 2-Go is NOT compatible with induction heating.
  • Thick cast iron rice casseroles can maintain the high heat with little thermal change during cooking so that the rice at the bottom will be crispy.
  • The appropriately curved body will help the convection of rice inside and conduct the heat evenly to the rice.
  • The protrusion on the back of the lid collects steam and boiled water, and gets them back to the food to increase moisture and flavor, and the airtight body and lid will never let them go. Also, the uniquely shaped lid prevents water boiling over.
  • The inner enamel coating will prevent the rice stick to the casserole.

Use & Care

  • Be careful not to drop it, which might cause crack or breakage.
  • Do not use it in microwave ovens.
