Placing Orders

It's quite easy to shop in Globalkitchen Japan.
We have a long list of different kinds of items. Hope you enjoy your shopping.

Step.1

Find items you want to order.
Read item description carefully and click "ADD TO CART" button to add it to your cart.

Step.2

"Shopping Cart" is shown once items are added into your cart.
You can calculate shipping fee with Shipping Rates Calculator. Check it out by choosing the country where you would like to receive the item.
Shipping cost varies depending on the means.
Choose the delivery type and confirm the total cost, then press "Checkout".

Step.3

Enter your delivery address.
If you already have an account, this step can be skipped.

Enter the coupon code in "Gift card or discount code" field if you have any.

Once you have filled all the fields, press "Continue to shipping" to choose a delivery method.

Step.4

Choose shipping method you would like to use.
Once you have chosen one, press "Continue to payment" to move on.

Step.5

Choose payment method you want to proceed with.
Globalkitchen Japan accept the following payment methods.

Press "Pay now" to complete your purchase after entering payment information.
Once you complete everything, you will receive order confirmation via email.
This is important note for your order. Please keep it until you receive your items.

Out-of-Stock Items & Back Orders

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

Taxes

Globalkitchen Japan is required to calculate, collect and pay the taxes in accordance with local laws and regulations.

In some countries, it is required by law to calculate, collect and pay the taxes on overseas sales if the products are delivered to relevant domestic addresses.

The taxes will apply to products that consumers import, and shipping or service fees related to the purchase. These taxes will be charged at applicable rate in accordance with each local law. The tax rate may vary depending on the product type and the country that products are shipped to.

Import Taxes & Customs Fees

The list price of your order will be the declared value. Discount coupon applies to the subtotal amount of the articles, and doesn’t apply to the declared value.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to shopping.

Globalkitchen Japan will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order.
It is important for you to become familiar with customs policies for your specific country before ordering.

Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.
Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Please Note

If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted product policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or absence of recipients, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, except the shipping fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges incurred on Globalkitchen Japan during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

Please ensure that the addresses are correct, the recipient is aware the package is coming, and the location is suitable for daytime delivery of packages.
