  • Pour 70-80°C water over one tea bag in a pre-warmed cup. Leave to infuse for 30-90 seconds. Remove the tea bag and serve.

Sayama Tea Agricultural Cooperatives distributes Sayama tea harvested in Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture. Sayama Tea is a type of green tea leaf produced mainly in the southwest region of Saitama Prefecture and a small neighboring area in northwest Tokyo. Its thick leaves characterize it, resulting in a distinct sweet and rich flavor.
