Key Features

  • Double edged blade.
  • This knife is manufactured in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, which is known as one of the world-class kitchen knife production districts along with Solingen and Sheffield. In addition to the superior sharpness created carefully by craftsmen one by one, it has a great durability with a titanium coating on the blade.
  • The stylish design of the NiNJA series, which was produced based on the concept of "fashionable kitchen knives", is also an attractive point. Funded by Japanese Crowdfunding in 2020, this kitchen knife gathered the largest sum of funds in the kitchen knife category.
  • Fine Craft Co., Ltd., which manufactures this knife, is a company that participates in a Japanese social contribution activity "TABLE FOR TWO", which makes efforts to address not only starvation in developing countries but also obesity and lifestyle-related diseases in developed countries. If you order one NiNJA knife, five school meals will be distributed to children in need around the world.
  • In Japan, knives are often selected as gifts for celebrations and other occasions because of its positive meaning "Knives carve out the future." This knife is thus great for gifts as well as to use it at home.

Use & Care

  • Wash it well after each use and dry it thoroughly before storing.
  • This is a sharp-edged knife. Please do not use it in the dishwasher as it may cause the edge of the blade to get nicked.
  • Although the blade is coated, please avoid getting it wet for a long time. By sharpening the blade, the coating on the sharpened part may come off.
  • The actual color of the product may differ from the product images depending on the kind of monitor, the setting of screen in each browsing device, or the photographing environment.
