Use & Care

  • Wash it well after each use and dry it thoroughly before storing.
  • For burnt spots, first soak the affected area in hot water until it softens. Then, you can easily scrape away the burnt residue.
  • Before storing your cast iron plate for an extended period without use, brush a light coat of cooking oil over its surface to protect it.
  • Cook at 300 degrees Celsius until done. This typically requires 8-10 minutes with a gas range (3600 kcal) or 6-8 minutes with an induction cooktop (2.5 kW).
