  • Copper can conduct heat evenly so that it will prevent burning or uneven cooking and enhance flavor of the ingredients.
  • This pan is only compatible with gas stove (NOT compatible with induction cooktop).

Use & Care

  • The pan will be extremely hot during or after cooking, and make sure to use a potholder.
  • Before first use, wash the pan with a soft sponge and neutral detergent in warm water to remove metal odor and processing oil.
  • Make sure to get the food out right after cooking. Do not keep the food inside for a long time, which might cause copper rust or plating peeling. Either stain containing sodium and acid or humidity also might cause copper rust.
  • When removing burnt food pieces, soak the pan in hot water to soften them in advance and wash them off with a sponge or scrub brush. Be careful not to use any utensil which might damage the surface, such as a knife.
