  • The #280-400 stone is for fixing chipped blades. The #800-1500 stone is great for everyday maintenance. The #3000 or higher stones can be used for retaining extra sharp edges.

Use & Care

  • Splash some water on the surface and start sharpening. You don't need to soak the stone with water prior to use. Simply moisten it with water while sharpening.
  • Make sure to use the stone on the flat, stable and non-slippery surface.
  • Wash it well with water after use. Air dry and store it away from the direct sunlight.
  • In case a part of the stone is chipped after a fall, for example, make sure to smooth out the chipped part so that the blade won't be damaged when sharpening with it.
