Background

Yasuda Kawara has a long history since the end of the Edo Period. It is hard and tough with less absorption coefficient and high thermal insulation and cold resistance, indicated for use in cold regions. Their tableware integrated with tile manufacturing technology and materials feature a unique iron gray color and wrinkles. The unevenness of surface provides good grip and prevents food slipping to prevent beautiful food presentation.
