Key Features

  • The M24 series provides a 210x70mm large sharpening stone on a wooden base. The thickness of the stones vary depending on the coarseness.
  • An economy-size product, perfect for those who work in the industries that require you to sharpen the blade repeatedly, such as professional chefs, workers in the fishing industry and more.
  • You can use it to sharpen all kinds of knives except for knives made of ceramic and cemented carbide materials.
  • The #120 grit stones are suited for fixing the chipped blades. The #1000-1500 grit stones are perfect for everyday maintenance. You can use the #2000 or higher grit stones for retaining extra sharp edges.

Use & Care

  • You can use it after splashing the surface of the stone with water. Although there is no need to soak the stone in water, we recommend you to soak it for 5 to 6 minutes before using it for the first time. You will be able to sharpen the edge smoothly if you do.
  • Make sure to use the stone on the flat, stable and non-slippery surface.
  • Wash it well with water after use. Air dry and store it away from the direct sunlight.
  • In case a part of the stone is chipped after a fall, for example, make sure to smooth out the chipped part so that the blade won't be damaged when sharpening with it.
  • Do not sharpen knives made of ceramic and cemented carbide materials.
