EBM Sawara Cypress Wooden Lid for Square Omelette Pan

This is a wooden lid for Copper Tamagoyaki Square Omelette Pan - Kanto Style. Make sure to order a lid which is the same size as the pan (15 cm Lid fits 15 cm Omelette Pan). This wooden lid is to flip an omelette and serve it, or to shape an omelette. As the lid will fit into the pan, it cannot cover the pan like a normal lid.
